"Pancha means five, karma - a mechanism.
Five mechanisms of healing the body"
Modern chemical medicines cannot correct the pathology, it can only subside symptoms.
Panchakarma is the 5-way process of cleansing.
Anything, which is not used by the body, is called "foreign body" and our body always tries to remove it. If the body doesn't manage to remove it, it harms the body organs and then it is called as toxins. These deposited toxins get mixed with liver metabolites and act as toxic complex structure. This is called as ama in ayurvedic terminologies. Presence of this ama hampers the normal functions of the cells, and tissues. Where ever ama accumulates it causes ill health in relation to that particular area in the body. For example in blood, it can be there as cholesterol, in lymph it can be as allergen. On side - its presence increases pressure in every cell and another side - body's immune system becomes active to attack ama considering it as foreign body like bacteria or viruses. In this condition just correcting food cannot correct the situation, or changing the life style cannot bring harmony, even a strong mind can support and give ability to fight but it also cannot solve the problem. Herbs may give you energy but the ama - the toxins damaging the normal functioning of the system. And immune system is reacting.

"It is very important to know the structure of the subject
which can improve your life"
"Nature is self-sufficient. Everything a human needs
is already there. We should only start using it"
Ayurveda is known for wide use and implementation of natural med- icines in the form of herbs, barks, roots, leaves of the plants, etc. The most effective way to provide the helpful substances of the medical herbs to the body is to let them diffuse in the water and drink it. As the human body consists of water for 80%, it absorbs the herbal contents from the decoctions very easily and fast. There are five types of remedies accord- ing to the process of preparation given in Ayurveda:
1) Swarasa - juice of fresh leaves directly taken by squeezing them with a small piece of cloth (this preparation is the most powerful)
2) Kalka - round pills made by crushing the leaves with its fibre to paste
3) Quatha (kashaya) - a decoction made by boiling the herbs allowing water to extract the contents from the plants
4) Fanta - a tea-like drink which is prepared by putting herbs into the just boiled water allowing the contents to come out on its own.
5) Hima - a drink made by putting herbs into the hot or cold water to allow the content exude out and settle down.
Gosval organic teas can be used by Quatha, Fanta and Hima processes. The use of the tablets is minimum in Ayurveda - only 5% of all the preparations. But under the influence of modern medicinal system we have developed the idea that the physician is the person “who gives you tablets”, although Ayurvedic approach has vast dimensions.
In the fast modern world it is very difficult for anyone to daily boil the herbs, filter it out and only then drink, as we constantly move, travel and don’t have enough time for that. Adjusting to the present life style we have adopted the technique of using tea bags with highly effective Ayurvedic remedies. We use this approach in our own medical practice for 5 years and now we are releasing these products to the open market to help all the people to improve the quality of their Rasa (lymph), Rakta (blood), Mamsa (muscles), Meda (fat), Asthi (bones), Maja (bone marrow), Shukra (hormons) and keep the Vata-Pitta-Kapha in balance. These teas will help you to throw out all the toxins from the body, reduce the weight, correct the liver function, improve the nervous system and bring the balance into each and every organ and cell.

"You are what you eat"
Food plays one of the most important roles in our life, as without it life stops very soon. And even if it is there but of poor quality or uncontrolled, our life will turn out to be miserable. But if food is given the due importance, when it is balanced, tasteful, healthy and fresh - it makes the person very enthusiastic, strong and capable of living a good quality of life.
Food is a source of energy for our activities, materials to build up our body and maintain its functioning the proper way. Food gives us happiness when it's cooked nicely and with love. It nourishes our mental and creative facilities, effects our emotions and has direct impact on our health. It is said that "If you don't want to eat medicines as a food - eat food as a medicine".
That's why in our Treatment center we give so much importance for food and many prescriptions to correct even heavy diseases may be based on simple dietary advices taken from the original books of Ayurveda written by great sages thousands of years ago. For centuries people all over the world healed themselves with natural medicines based on particular combinations of herbs and food products which gives prominent result removing the cause of disease without any harm to the body.
Unfortunately, under the propaganda of the fast life style with very cheap ways to get instant result people forgot these techniques which could be found not only in Ayurveda but in the roots of every culture in every place on Earth. So Ayurveda dietary advices are common for all the people, one should understand the principle and apply it according to his circumstances, place and climate his lives in.
Cases and diseases for which we provide a Dietary plan:
"The science of physical and mental harmony
is known as Hatha yoga"
Hatha yoga is a method of preparing the body for spiritual awakening but also it is a very important science of health. Since ancient times it has been used by yogis and rishis for the relief and elimination of all kinds of diseases and defects. It is true that the practices require more time and effort on the part of the patient than conventional therapies, but in terms of permanent, positive results, as well as saving the enormous expenditure on medicines, they are certainly more worthwhile.
What makes this method of treatment so powerful and effective is the fact that it works according to the principles of harmony and unification, rather than diversity. The three important principles on which physical and mental therapy is based are as follows:
1. Conferring absolute health to one part or system of the body thereby influencing the rest of the body.
2. Balancing the positive and negative energy poles (ida/pingala, prana/apana).
3. Purifying the body of the three types of wastes (doshas).
If you have fifteen grandfather's clocks together on the same wall, all with pendulums of identical length and weight, you will notice that after some time all the pendulums become synchronized in their movements. This occurs quite naturally according to the law of mutual rhythms and vibrations.
In this physical body, the various organs and systems all have their own functions to carry out, but there should be complete coordination between them. If any of the organs or systems of the body are not able to coordinate with each other, it means that not one but all the systems are unbalanced. Thus, in any sickness, whether physical or mental, every system is out of coordination.
According to the law of mutual rhythms, all you have to do in order to regain the health of the whole system is to bring one organ or system to a state of health. Then all the others will naturally follow suit.
"Prior to everything, asana is spoken of as the first part of hatha yoga. Having done asana one gets steadiness (firmness) of the body and mind; diseaselessness and lightness (flexibility) of the limbs."
"Thus being established is asana and having control (of the body), taking a balanced diet; pranayama should be practiced according to the instructions of the guru."
"Neti cleanses the cranium and bestows clairvoyance. It also destroys all diseases which manifest above a throat."
"Trataka eradicates all eye diseases, fatigue and sloth and closes the doorway creating these problems. It should be carefully kept secret like a golden casket."
"Nauli is foremost of hatha yoga practices. It kindles the digestive fire, removing indigestion, sluggish digestion, and all disorders of the doshas, and brings about happiness."

"Psychology deals with subtle reasons of gross effects"
Psychology is a very subtle and sensitive sphere of human life and it requires great experience and patience to deal with it. In our practice we use five basic mechanisms of improving the psychological condition of the patients among which almost everybody needs some corrections: at least deep relaxation and rest after work stress or fights at home. They are:
1. Sukha Chikitsa (Relaxation panchakarma)
Sukha chikitsa is an Ayurvedic treatment bringing the body and mind to a complete relaxed condition when a patient is not disturbed by any internal or external conflicts, problems or environmental factors.
Counseling help people to solve their problems as it is an objective view on the situation based on the knowledge and experience, filled with love and compassion. Only then a consultation gives the result.
Our phytomedicines are prepared by original Ayurvedic recipes in order to support and strengthen all the systems of the body, including subtle tissues such as mind and intelligence.
Knowledge is light, it is a power and foundation of a conscious life. Knowledge removes fear and stress. It gives the proper guidance of how to live the life happily and how to make it full of sense, how to determine its purpose and finally achieve it.
And food is the source of nutrition not only to our gross body and cells, it also feeds our emotions, it carries the feelings and thoughts of the cook.

How to win Stress
"Word Mantra consists of two: 'manas' - 'mind' and 'tra' - 'to clean'. Mantra is the sound cleaning the mind"
Meditation is the process of concentrating the consciousness on the object of meditation. Basically speaking we all meditate in our life, but the objects we choose, are different and the choice is not always right. We may meditate on a new car, or a new house, or a new job, what ever we think about the most; and may even get some results. But such meditation is simply a waste of time as the results of it may bring some happiness and satisfaction in the beginning, but after some time even the most desired material object will lose its value in our eyes and we will start looking for something else.
The reason for the constant search of a new object for meditation is a search of happiness. When we don't find it in one thing, we move to the next one, and so on. But the true happiness can never be found in the external world, rather it is inside of us, in our internal world, the central part of which is the soul. It is the soul which is always looking for happiness, as at the present it is in conditioned state - under the cover of many layers, covering its original nature - sat-chit-ananda ("Eternity, Knowledge and Bliss").
In the external world we have three areas of our activities. They are:
And internal world starts with the body and then go the layers of ego, mind and intelligence, up to the core of this system - the soul. The purpose of meditation and self realization is to bring the soul out of this cage of conditionings and to perceive your real self. The presence of consciousness is the symptom and the proof of existing the soul inside the body. But being conditioned we think first that I am this body, then we think that every thing is either mine or relates to me, and definitely we identify our thoughts and decisions with ourselves. Yet any of these has nothing to do with our real self - the soul.
The nature of the soul is that it is eternal, full of knowledge and full of bliss. Thats why we cannot accept the idea that "I did not exist before my birth and I will never exist after my death". Because the soul never takes birth and never dies. Thats why we are so curious for the knowledge that we can spend billions of dollars just get some dust from another planet and study it whole life. Because originally soul is full of knowledge, but conditioning of the human body puts it into ignorance where we have to learn how to walk, how to talk and how to behave. And thats why the only reason for any human activity is happiness. Everyone does only what in his perception gives him happiness. It may be even drinking alcohol, if a person thinks that this is the only source of joy. Because originally we are full of happiness, but the human form of live cannot provide that in full. It is always mixed with frustration and sorrow.
There are many techniques of meditation present in the world: some of them are authentic and some are self-made to cheat people and earn money. Our foundation is Vedic scriptures, especially Srimad Bhagavatam (11 canto). During the treatment patients have an opportunity to associate with the carrier of the ancient wisdom and meditation techniques including mantra meditation - Dr. Tanmay Goswami who applies it in his own everyday life and helps others to revive not only their body but their true consciousness as well.

We work on diagnosis most, as this is the mile stone for winning the health. "It is easy to get a thousand prescriptions but hard to get one single remedy" hence for us diagnosis is most important. Basically we use Five tools to diagnose the body's ill health condition.
The cause of disease is governed by the following law:
ACTION OF PAST LIFE + ACTION OF PRESENT LIFE =
CAUSE OF DISEASE
Ayurveda tells about a causative action of this life and Astrology tells about causative actions of the past life. Therefore, to understand and remove complete cause of disease is important to know both the causes.
AYURVEDIC MEDICINES + ASTROLOGICAL MEDICINES =
The most important way for a doctor to understand the problem of a person is to go through proper steps of connecting the links of events, manifesting health problems, such as style of symptoms onset, symptoms severity, tendencies, food habits, life style. So proper interrogation is very important to understand the real cause and allows to solve the problem, accordingly. But unfortunately nowadays, medical system has reduced this great art of history taking of health problem due to professionalism in medical science. A good physician always feels the patients problem by history taking and then only is able to understand what the person is going through. Dr Tanmay Goswami, gives a lot of importance to a detailed history taking, so all the doctors in our team take full history before starting any diagnosis.
Pulse is directly related to the heart, and heart is the monitoring-unit of the whole body, plus - the regulator too. Pulse can tell about the total energy flow in the body. This energy keeps you healthy and conscious. The day this energy flow stops one is considered to be dead. If this energy flow is improper, according to Ayurveda, the body is considered to be diseased. It is the improper flow of this energy in the body that causes ill-health. According to Ayurveda, this energy is classified in three categories - Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
By consistent practice and observation of pulse reading since 1999, Dr. Tanmay Goswami is able to get proper judgment of imbalance of Vata, Pitta & Kapha by pulse of person. In ancient times when there were no scientific ways to diagnose diseases, pulse reading was one of the important tools of diagnosis. It is essentially diagnosing if the extent of the energy level in pulse is disturbed. The energy disturbance of Vata, Pitta and Kapha is different for different types of diseases and on the basis of this reading of energy evaluation, the category and grade of disease is judged. After the diagnosis, the management of ill body and mind is planned.
Blood Tests are performed to diagnose the health condition. Following tests we perform essentially:
